We have finally sold our condo and we are very happy and excited at the same time. Besides the happiness is stress and mentally draining due to the fact that I have been the person who is looking at 20 plus houses a day with the realtor. So far we have 4 houses from about 40 homes I have looked at or elminated based on what we need or how the house looked or didnt have. The best was yesterday when were looking at homes and there was no garage when it listed a garage. I had about 3 of those.
We are going back out today to look at the homes I liked to show my hubby, and also there are some homes on the list we didnt see and wanted to in the tinley park area.
I'm praying that we can find a home this week and then decide and make a bid since we have 4 weeks to move, fun fun. Now the fun begins with all the packing!
